Mobile Network Manager – Amsterdam

Do you have the skills to expand the portfolio of Mobile Partners, Carriers and Joint Ventures? At the moment we’re looking for a dedicated Mobile Network Manager who’s able to enhance the Mobile program, spot new growth opportunities and optimize ROI drastically!

We have around 10 networks we are currently buying traffic based on CPM per country. We offer a wide range of products in our exclusive CPA program to cover most GEO countries. Currently most networks already have a decent margin. It’s your task to increase volumes and margins drastically. There is enough room for growth for a dedicated Mobile Network Manager.

We are based in the centre of Amsterdam on a great location near to Dam Square. We offer an attractive salary package and room for education, fun, growth and success. A young Online Company with an average age around 28 years old and currently employing a staff of 25 specialists. Typical duties include:

• Oversee daily Mobile Management including ongoing development and deployment of: fresh
marketing creative, Mobile Communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts, offers, Mobile
payments, and dispute resolution.

• Monitor Mobile activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways
to increase Mobile-generated revenues.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Mobile program, new growth opportunities and
optimize ROI.

• Communicate and monitor brand guidelines in the mobile channel.

• Recruit new Mobile carriers, joint venture partners and strategic partners.

• Oversee the development and distribution of Marketing tools to Mobile partners.

• Establish channels of communication to ensure all Mobile partners have access to marketing tools,
and to develop custom marketing material as required.

• Initiate new Campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.

• Develop annual Mobile Campaign calendar and rollout plans.

• Represent us at all Mobile Marketing related trade shows.

• Manage top tier accounts and develop Mobile contact management strategy.

• Teach and mentor junior level team members on Mobile Marketing.

• Negotiate and Manage new CPA deals and push them to mobile partners


• Minimum of 4 years Mobile Marketing experience, preferably in Mobile retail.

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, communications, Advertising, or business.

• Knowledge of e-commerce and internet-based business models.

• Experience evaluating creative messages, analyzing results and Optimizing Campaigns.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Candidate must have strong analytical and presentation skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter.

• Retail experience with search engine, Online Advertising, and/or Direct Marketing strongly preferred.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
