We  are a full-service CPA Network, dedicated to offering complete marketing services using the most up-to-date optimization technology to create ROI-driven solutions. At the moment, we are working with 35 advertisers in multiple verticals.

In order to achieve this goal, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager that can develop, maintain and grow business with new and current advertisers. You will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. To be the best in the competitive market, it is important to improve our relationship with all advertise, be able to provide exclusive- and semi-exclusive offers for our network, acquiring the best payouts, freshest offers and exclusive deals.

In the upcoming period, our goal is to have a +2500 stable offers for WEB/WAP in all relevant GEO’s and verticals. You will have several inhouse tools to improve CTR’s%, CR’s%, (e)RPC’s and (e) CPM’s and a result maximize the efficiency and ROI.

You  will be responsible for acquisition of new offers & maintaining current ones with our current and new advertisers. We are looking for ambitious, established CPA managers that know what it is to be the backbone of our CPA Network.  The candidate will gain traction by increasing the partnership revenue wise and product wise. You are the initiator to get the best offers and get them pushed by our team. You will need to negotiate with the advertisers directly on payouts, we need to have higher payouts than our competition, it’s your job to keep the payouts as high as possible.

The business has a lot of ambition and wide range of facets, there will be lots of variety as well as hard work.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining and growing business with existing and new advertisers
  • Creating sustainable and trusted business relationships by offering professional support and feedback
  • Communicating with advertisers by email, chat, telephone and other means available
  • Oversee the network’s business flow, and take action if needed.
  • Guide affiliate managers on the performance of offers, what offers are performing good, what type of traffic works the best, and how to optimize the performance.
  • Negotiations on payouts with advertisers on offers pushed as well as caps and volumes
  • Arrange exclusive deals and arrange whitelable setups
  • Sustain coverage on top 15 Geo’s on all verticals
  • Attend shows and meetups  to meet advertisers personally
  • Take initiative to keep up to date on market and research offers

 

Required Skills

  • Killer attitude for negotiating payouts and caps on (new) offers
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3+ years experience in Advertiser relationships
  • Smart, energetic, detail-oriented, and analytic
  • Be able to enthusiasm inhouse affiliate managers
  • Convert the needs of our affiliates on GEO and vertical coverage
  • Professional communication skills, ability to build long term relationships with affiliates and advertisers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external relationship
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Drive and motivation to exceed objectives
  • Connect with advertisers by entertaining them when in town

  • Knows all business terminology
  • Has an established contacts with advertisers we work with
